Weekends
As a change to previous years the 08/09 programme is changing from five weeknds to three longer weekends. The three weekends will be times to get together and share our common journey, offering a heady mix of training, dialogue, creativity and reflection. You can come along to one or two of the weekends but if you have time we’d recommend doing all three weekends. By doing all three together you’ll be taken through a learning journey and you’ll also be able to access some of the other aspects of ReSource, such as mentoring, learning huddles and assignments.
We want to encourage a creative learning environment. Your challenge is to develop your own skills to evaluate and reflect on the theories and examples given and apply lessons learn to your own context. ReSource brings together in partnership individuals who have done things differently and so is a great opportunity to thrash out different approaches. “I really appreciated the quality and practical nature of the course as well as the prayer and worship times”
Active learning
There’ll be different styles of learning – coaching, discussion, story telling, creative thinking, lectures, worship and prayer. Covering the topics of mission, culture, leadership, church and transformation. “I was inspired and liberated in my thinking about the structure of church”
Mentoring
Ongoing mentoring and coaching is crucial to help you reflect on what’s going on in your context and applying to it what you’re learning. We will help you to connect with someone who has expertise in an area linked to your context. As well as this coaching sessions will be held during the weekends to allow for some specific training.

The assignments will help you to engage with the ongoing learning process throughout the year.

They will enable you to get the most out of the course and also give you something to refer back to.
Accreditation We are also offering accreditation alongside the course in partnership with Oasis. However you will need to have done some theological study to qualify. If you want more information on this do ask.
This option will involve a reasonable extra fee and extra assignments:
Locations
ReSource is held in different locations so students have the opportunity to see what is happening around the country. Guests from each location will contribute to the flow of the weekends adding stories, coaching and experiences.

Costs
£150 for each weekend or
£400 for the whole course
This price does not include accomodation.
Accommodation can be either organised individually or you can be part of a ReSource group booking. Estimated costs are subject to change.
